This website does not currently have public contact forms, comment sections or a user registration system. If you choose to contact me by email, I may receive and process the following information:

In addition, the website hosting provider may collect technical information relating to visits to the website, including:

• IP address.
• Date and time of the request.
• Page or file requested.
• Server response code.
• Referring page or referrer.
• Technical information about your browser and operating system.
• Information relating to access attempts, suspicious activity or security incidents.

I do not deliberately request sensitive personal data through this website.

The hosting provider, Webzi, has stated that its hosting service does not itself install cookies or tracking scripts on the public pages of customers’ websites.

If I introduce analytics tools, advertising, embedded content or other technologies that collect personal data in the future, I will update this notice accordingly.

5. Service providers and third-party processing

I use third-party technology services to operate this website, including Webzi, my website hosting provider.

Webzi has explained that server technical logs may include IP addresses, dates and times, requested pages, response codes, browser and operating system information, and data relating to security incidents.

These logs are used for security, maintenance, technical diagnosis and statistics. According to Webzi, they are not used for advertising or commercial purposes.

The server hosting this website, identified as s3.i.webzi.mx, is located in Texas, United States. As a result, certain technical data relating to access to the website may be processed or stored outside Mexico by the hosting provider.

Webzi states that access to logs is restricted to the account holder and authorised technical staff when necessary for support, maintenance or security. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.

I do not sell or commercially trade personal data. Any processing carried out by technology providers takes place in connection with the services required to operate and protect this website.

6. Data retention

Personal data received by email will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, follow up on communications and comply with any applicable legal obligations. It may subsequently be deleted when no longer necessary, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it.

According to the information provided by Webzi, technical server logs are managed as follows:

• Access logs: the system processes logs every 24 hours. Log archiving is enabled, and archived files from the previous month are automatically deleted at the end of each month.
• Error and security logs: these are retained for approximately one month and are then automatically rotated or deleted, depending on the server configuration.

These periods apply to technical logs managed by the hosting provider and may not apply to other data retained for different purposes.

7. Your rights under Mexican data protection law

Under applicable Mexican personal data protection legislation, you may exercise the following rights, known as ARCO rights:

• Access: to find out what personal data about you is being processed.
• Rectification: to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Cancellation: to request the deletion of your personal data where legally permitted.
• Opposition: to request that the processing of your personal data cease in circumstances provided for by law.

To submit a request, email hola@citlallidunne.com, stating that it concerns your ARCO rights, identifying the personal data involved and specifying which right you wish to exercise.

I may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and process your request. Requests will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal requirements, time limits and exceptions.
